Getting much closer, but I haven't had time to take any pictures. Haven't even felt like it. The patio is looking very good and we keep pushing back the completion date. I'm estimating Oct. 1 at this point.

Where are we now?

1. The cedar interior needs to be finished
2. The electrician will hook up all the fixtures
3. Gutters installed
4. Remove all the furnishings and wash off the entire deck
5. Arrange new furniture and the old
6. Party!

A lot has been happening. First up is that I had some new stone masons tidy up the retaining wall that was left undone by the previous crew. The rock has been cleaned off and is a little more colorful. They also put a cap on the top of the wall that made all the difference in the world (okay, the grill has to go)



Do you think I could set a tall potted plant here? Maybe a tall fir?


The pool looks great.


And the new pavilion is well under way. We are really excited about this!
