Many things to do at this point, but it is so hot that it's hard to get anything done. And it is hard to get people over to work.

On July 2, we had some people come over to top-dress the highlighted area to smooth it out. Still to be seen if it really worked.




Here's a list of everything I need to do:

• Stain radio cabinet (I have a plan for this but it may be Oct before it happens)
• √ Load of topsoil. (It's still out there and hasn't moved itself)
• Spread the dirt this weekend (oh yeah, like that's gonna happen)
• Pallet of grass for the Dixieland pad (May have to defer this till spring 2023)
• √ Dixieland pad build up
• Dixieland fence
• √ Water the tall potted shrub, end of driveway (this shrub is sad)
• √ Water the ice chest grass. Topsoil and sod.
• √ Grass by patio Dalton window
• √ Fluorescent tubes for the garage
• √ An extra light for the garage
• Clean off the shop patio
• Get better guest towels for patio bath

Jose
• Weed all the flower beds
• Tree under shop patio
• Same at NE corner of house
• Tree on top of shop
• New planting at tee box
• New planting at driveway tree box

Handypersons
• √ Kitchen light fixture
• Reroute sub cable from AV cabinet (I'm going to have to do this myself)
• √ Plugs for under counter lights
• Ceiling fan in bedroom (we decided we didnt need to replace it)
• √ Fix the shower door
• √ Threshold on patio bathroom door, keep grass out (good work)

Dirt and Bobcat
• Remove bushes on tee box
• Mimosa tree in back yard
• Till up empty spots in back, topsoil and sod
• Smooth out the rock grave and remove
• Raise the parkways just a little

Sprinkler system called Mike on 6/9 and 6/27 and 7/10. Left a message with Carlos 7/13
• Water faucet in back
• Solution for filling pool
• Can the back system be saved?
• How about just the close in St. Augustine grass? Dixieland?
• What about the flower bed by wall?
• Smashed Controller valve cover out in yard
• Fine tune adjust from sprinklers

• A water sprinkler faucet attachment near Daltons Window to attach a water system for patio plants
• √ A temporary solution for the flowers south of the pool and flower bed by the wall.

Roof
• Get roof replaced just like pavilion with a double gable.
• Yes, a double gable.
• Brown Gutters, brown eves.
• Fix chimney. Is there a better looking siding than current chimney?

Windows
• Replace all with Clarity
• Sliding back door, two side windows all together.
• Now a double sliding door.
