JOEY AND DALTON

• Get stuff out of the yard and behind the shop
• √ Get rid of chaise lounges
• √ Set new chaise lounges where the old ones were
• See if there is any boxed furniture in the shop. Footstools or tables. Set them by the chaise lounges
• √ Set new trash can in box over there too. Put it together.
• Mow and edge. The last few days, the weeds have popped up

HIGH PRIORITY
1. √ Finish The Stone work - much of the set up can only be done after the stone work is done. √ Oct. 12 Oct. 14
2. √ Paint the inside wall and touch ups. √ Oct. 11
3. √ Get mulch, potting soil and flowers. Do the planting. Oct. 12

MEDIUM
1. √ Do we have table cloths
2. √ Complete lights on front porch
3. √ Flooring in attic
4. √ Electrical faceplates painted
5. Electrical outlets finished inside
6. We need trim pieces around the back door and baseboards

LOW
1. Stain the trim around the columns and √ paint the conduit
2. Electrical for pool cleaner by Shop rock garden. And while we are doing that, can we get new lighting for the shop?
3. Support beam in attic - schedule in as soon as possible

SET UP

• √ Set out rugs
• √ Arrange furniture
• √ Put up tables
• √ Call in food by Oct. 10, then make adds no later than Oct. 12. Food is ordered. 20 dinners. Oct. 10
• √ Order cakes. Pick up Friday at noon.
• Make sure we have mosquito coils
• Ice chests and ice
• Drinks iced down
• Drinking cups and coffee cups
• Deck lighting is arranged
• Landscape lighting arranged
• Get some firewood
• Get a 5-gallon wash bucket
