• Clean blinds
• Clean out cabinet drawers
• Clean out dresser drawers

Everything above is done, but I don't have a shoe organizer. Gave some clothes away, donated some, and threw others away. I didn't spend any money, but the closet is clean and lean. I still need to remove some more clothes. I will go through it one more time, but it is 100% better.
